In this training, Govology’s Co-Founder, Carroll Bernard will teach you how to effectively prepare for and win government construction contracts. About Govology/Carroll Bernard: : Carroll is the CEO & Co-Founder of Govology.com. With an extensive background in government contracting, Carroll started his acquisition career in the U.S. Navy Supply Corps, where he provided logistical support and acquisition management. After leaving active duty, Carroll continued his acquisition career at the City of Vancouver, WA, in the Procurement Services Department. He also served as a warranted Contracting Officer at the Department of Veterans Affairs. In both roles, Carroll’s primary specialty was procuring construction services.

In 2015, Carroll and his team at Govology launched a world-class online training platform for government contractors. Cocktail of the Month
Winter Wonderland Margarita

INGREDIENTS

  • Coconut milk
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Rosemary simple syrup
  • Tequila
  • Orange liqueur
  • Sea salt for glass rimming
  • Candied rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

HOW TO MAKE ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP

To make the rosemary simple syrup, we cook water, sugar and fresh rosemary sprigs in a small saucepan until the mixture comes to a low boil. Give it a stir to help dissolve the sugar, turn off the heat and allow the mixture to steep.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

With our rosemary simple syrup prepared, we’re ready to start mixing.

  1. We grab a cocktail shaker and add our simple syrup, fresh lime juice, tequila, orange liqueur, coconut milk and ice.
  2. Now we pop on the top and give it a good shake again. Who knew your arm would get such a workout just from making one margarita?
  3. For an extra pretty serving touch, I love to rim the glasses with coarse sea salt and garnish with a candied rosemary sprig.

And just like that, our Winter Wonderland Margarita is now ready for serving and sipping!
