Our Upcoming Webinar

Alan Paquette is our speaker for our upcoming webinar on August 10th @ 11:30 via Zoom. You can REGISTER HERE. It’s FREE. Alan Paquette of Construction Analytix presents on (1) Best Bidding Practices, and how to Bid correctly to protect your rights should you be awarded a Subcontract. (2) Understanding the risks of your Subcontract and how to negotiate and mitigate those risks.
The presentation will help subcontractors better understand the truth about the industry-standard bidding and subcontracting process. Most Subcontractors are only one bad project away from going out of business; 2 out of 3 contractors go out of business within their first 5 years, and 70 – 90% of Projects fail. Alan says that the current “system” is abusive to Subcontractors, short-sighted and contrary to leveraging project success.

Alan will address why lump-sum bids are dangerous, why how all bids should be “itemized,” and discuss the typical Subcontract, the most onerous clauses and incorporated documents, and what you can do about it.

The webinar will hopefully provide Subcontractors with the insights, understanding and useful tactics they need to survive and prevail in the construction industry despite the odds!

So, REGISTER NOW for this one-of-a-kind opportunity to better understand Bidding and Subcontracts, not merely to avoid financial loss and business failure, but to better leverage your business survival and success!

YOU ARE INVITED to Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency’s Workshop (Nashville) for Commercial Contract and Construction Bonding via a Zoom meeting.
