JANUARY NEWS AND UPCOMING EVENTS – JUST FOR YOU!

Hello and a belated Happy New Year to AHCC members, supporters, and sponsors. Thanks for understanding our difficulties in not being fully operational during the pandemic. We were always here for our members to provide any support you needed on an individual basis. Webinars were off in running before March 2020 and will resume in February 2021. We need your support to continue.

We extend our condolences to anyone who lost a loved one to the pandemic. If financial hardship is at your feet, know that we will try to help you.

We did not ask for any new or renewed sponsorship or memberships in 2020 so as not to be a financial burden. But, we do need your support for 2021 to continue our mission to empower and advance Hispanic Commercial Contractors and our partners by providing the resources and access required to build profitable and productive relationships.

THE BARBOUR GROUP, LLC AND ALLIANCE FOR HISPANIC COMMERCIAL CONTRACTORS ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP WITH TUCKER, ALBIN & ASSOCIATES, INC.

Effective July 10, 2020, The Barbour Group, LLC and The Alliance for Hispanic Commercial Contractors (AHCC) solidified a strategic relationship with Tucker, Albin & Associates, Inc. of Richardson, Texas (TAA). “We wanted to figure out a way to help our clients’ cash flow on projects that have payment issues.

This relationship will provide a way in which our clients and members can pursue change orders and construction claims/litigation on a contingency basis,” says Karen Barbour.

TAA has over 150 years of combined experience pursuing construction claims on a nationwide basis using their vast network of attorneys. TAA provides a NO COST ANAYLSIS & GUIDANCE report. Their complimentary services include credit, asset & liability forensic reports, contractual reviews, an attorney-monitored investigation, and diplomatic debt-mediation for your collections.

This strategic relationship gives you discounted contingency rate fees. No fees are charged unless TAA wins your case. TAA’s network consists of 500 plus attorneys in all jurisdictions who work on a contingency basis for contract litigation.

If TAA believes there is no victory for the case, they will provide you with the facts as to why at no cost to you which your own attorney can then use. TAA can also help you collect on judgments and past due receivables on a contingency basis, too.

To be able to access their services and reduce fees, use passcode BarbourGroup or AHCC. For small businesses, The Barbour Group believes this is a giant step to making sure your company remains sustainable.

For more information, go to www.TuckerAlbin.com. Our key contact at TAA is Jonathan Edwards, who can be reached at (P) 469-424-3033 Ext. 565 (M) 512-803-6800 (F) 972-996-2971
